We currently run visiting medical clinics in five places -Bade Hooghly, Boral, Raghabpur, Ghutiari Sharif and Chakjaggaddal - with a doctor and nurse or clinic assistant attending each week. Over 100 patients are seen each time. Patients pay a small fee to attend. Medicines are free, to the extent that TCF can manage this, together with pathology tests. Patients are made aware of common diseases and preventative actions.

In the past year, we have recruited an experienced homeopath to run a field clinic one day a week in the village of Polghat.
